I realised no one was coming to save me. I was earning €500 a month in a pizza shop, overweight, and invisible, even to myself. That broke me open. I stopped waiting for permission and built discipline as my muscle; hundreds of cold calls and messages, long nights learning sales, daily gym sessions, later MMA, brutal honesty about my failures.

Bit by bit I lost the weight, rebuilt my confidence, and turned those habits into results. From a kid nobody believed in to directing $70M+ in sales and building my own agency that makes in days what used to take a year. I believe discipline and accountability are the foundation of everything.

Talent fades, motivation dies, but discipline wins. I won’t lower expectations to make people comfortable or tell them what they want to hear. My word is currency, if I say I’ll deliver, I will, no matter how inconvenient, even if I made a mistake.
